Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and all stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Handle booking processes efficiently.
- Obtain quotations and manage follow-ups with clients and vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE Advanced Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the logistics or related industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Professional disposition and strong team player.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
