Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily paint manufacturing operations and ensure efficiency, safety, and quality compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage production schedules, optimize resource utilization, and maintain ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet targets.
• Manage raw material usage efficiently and minimize waste.
• Train, motivate, and supervise production staff for optimal performance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Liaise with management and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Paint Technology, Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Prior experience in paint manufacturing or related sectors preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Sinhala (mandatory); English proficiency preferred.
