Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Vice President Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations for the IT Cluster within a diversified group. This role involves managing financial health, preparing detailed reports, and formulating strategies to maximize shareholder value while ensuring long-term stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic financial management, including planning and directing financial goals, objectives, and budgets for the IT cluster.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Review annual budgets and maintain performance indicators to monitor outcomes.
• Oversee investments in IT projects and assess associated financial risks.
• Manage financial aspects of supply chain operations to align with strategic goals.
• Evaluate financial viability and ROI for new IT projects, services, and innovations.
• Identify and drive cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure financial reporting aligns with IT industry standards for competitiveness and compliance.
• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Active membership in CA, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Over 10 years of post-qualification experience, including 5+ years in a similar role within a reputed organization.
• Strong knowledge of treasury, investment appraisal, and financial operations.
• Exposure to IT industry; supply chain management experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
