Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst – Business Intelligence to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on building dashboards, transforming data, and delivering insights to enhance business performance within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Use Power Query and Excel to clean, transform, and structure data
  
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from MySQL databases
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting pipelines
  
• Provide technical support for BI tools and troubleshoot data issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
  
• Deliver timely insights to support business decisions
• Maintain and optimize BI systems and reporting processes
  
• Support continuous improvement in data analytics and reporting

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
• Experience in data visualization and reporting tools

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and MS Excel
• Experience with MySQL and data modeling concepts
  
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
