Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive Quality Assurance to ensure that products meet buyer requirements and comply with quality standards. The role involves working closely with production teams, vendors, and factories to maintain quality standards, resolve issues, and support compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check samples, patterns, and fittings to ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
• Review technical packs and Bills of Materials.
• Guide production teams on quality standards and construction methods.
• Solve quality and technical issues during bulk production.
• Collaborate with factories/vendors and lead pre-production meetings.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to customer and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business Management, Quality Management, or related discipline).
• Proven experience in apparel quality and technical development.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, fitting, and quality checks.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
