Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Disbursement Account Analyst to join our Operations team. The role involves final scrutiny and processing of Disbursement Executive  in compliance with client requirements, global standards, and GDPR regulations. You will validate tariffs and agreements, ensure cost accuracy, and maintain high-quality invoicing standards while contributing to cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA), achieve weekly targets, and update FDA allocation files daily.
• Ensure accurate linkage of vouchers to services in line with company procedures.
• Thoroughly review FDAs, handle queries from port agents or principals, and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up on unresolved queries and escalate where required.
• Manage FDA balance payments, obtain exchange rates, and ensure recovery of outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with accounts and invoicing teams for accurate resolution.
• Prioritize and process time-barred FDAs promptly, ensuring invoices are sent to clients on time.

Requirements:

• Advanced Level education.
• Minimum 2 years experience in disbursement verification or cost item checks.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PDF, and related software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
