Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Executive Officer – Marketing to support customer-centric marketing initiatives and campaign execution. This role focuses on leveraging data insights to drive customer lifecycle strategies, improve engagement, and optimize marketing performance within a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Campaign Management Systems (CMS) to execute targeted marketing campaigns
• Execute Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies including acquisition, retention, cross-sell, upsell, and win-back programs
  
• Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify growth opportunities
• Develop data-driven strategies to engage different customer segments
  
• Collaborate with Digital Banking, IT, Data, and Compliance teams to launch initiatives
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies
  
• Prepare reports and insights for marketing performance tracking
• Support development of marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing or analytics roles, preferably in banking or financial services

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  
• Ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management (CLM)
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
