Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales to drive business growth, build strategic client relationships, and manage end-to-end sales operations. This role focuses on developing high-value client pipelines, closing deals, and providing market intelligence within the luxury real estate and hospitality segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong lead pipeline across real estate, hospitality, and construction sectors
- Build relationships with architects, developers, consultants, and high-net-worth clients
- Identify new business opportunities and unlock untapped market segments
- Execute targeted sales strategies and customized client proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data and pipeline tracking
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Provide insights to support pricing strategies and business decisions
- Collaborate with technical and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or hospitality sectors
- Proven track record in closing deals and managing client relationships
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of real estate and hospitality markets
- Ability to read and understand basic project drawings and specifications
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
- Commercial mindset with understanding of margins and business value
