Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Manager – VoIP Services to lead VoIP operations, provisioning, and support functions. This role involves managing a high-performing team, ensuring service delivery excellence, handling escalations, and driving continuous improvements in VoIP services within a fast-paced IT/BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the VoIP team for provisioning, support, and troubleshooting activities
• Oversee VoIP projects, system administration, and service delivery
  
• Ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets
• Handle customer and internal escalations and provide timely resolutions
  
• Analyze trends and identify improvements in support and provisioning processes
• Prepare performance reports and departmental statistics
  
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance workflows and operational efficiency
• Train and mentor team members and support onboarding of new recruits
  
• Maintain deep knowledge of VoIP products and services
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in VoIP, networking, or systems roles
• Experience in team leadership or service management roles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies (FreePBX, MS Teams Voice, 3CX, Asterisk, SIP, SBC)
• Experience with networking and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark)
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  
• Experience in project and service management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
