Role Overview

This is not a junior role and not an order-taking position.

We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Marketing & Growth Manager who knows how to create pipeline, close deals, and build predictable revenue growth. This role owns sales and growth end-to-end — from inbound closing to outbound execution and revenue forecasting.

You will work directly with leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives while maintaining full accountability for performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Ownership

  • Close inbound enquiries efficiently and professionally.

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, reactivation strategies).

  • Run effective discovery calls and confidently handle objections.

  • Qualify and disqualify leads strategically to maintain a high-quality pipeline.

  • Manage a clean, structured, and forecastable CRM pipeline.

Growth Strategy

  • Pressure-test offers, positioning, and messaging to improve conversion rates.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and scalable growth channels.

  • Work closely with leadership on revenue strategy and market expansion.

  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

Performance & Accountability

  • Own revenue numbers and growth performance.

  • Maintain accurate reporting and sales forecasting.

  • Drive predictable and measurable growth outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or growth-focused roles.

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing full sales cycles end-to-end.

  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.

  • Experience managing CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to run discovery conversations and negotiate complex deals.

  • Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments is highly preferred.
