Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Executive – Visa to manage accurate and timely processing of visa applications in line with embassy regulations and internal service standards.

The role requires strong documentation accuracy, regulatory awareness, and client coordination to ensure smooth visa processing operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle documentation collection and verification for visa applications.

• Process visa submissions through VFS centers and respective embassies.

• Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation records.

• Ensure compliance with the latest visa regulations and embassy requirements.

• Support both corporate and individual client visa requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in visa processing or travel operations
