Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive – Internal Audit to support internal audit, risk management, and process control functions within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role focuses on evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance, identifying process improvements, and supporting governance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong auditing knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits across functions including finance, procurement, payroll, and sales. Evaluate internal controls, identify risks and process gaps, and recommend improvements. Assist in preparing audit plans and executing risk-based audits. Review and update SOPs and business processes across the organization. Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Support investigations and provide recommendations to strengthen controls and prevent fraud.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Part or full qualification in CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in internal or external audit, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple audits and meet deadlines effectively.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
