Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Engineer – Business Development to drive business growth by combining technical expertise with strong sales capabilities. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, delivering tailored engineering solutions, and building long-term client relationships across multiple industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and utility sectors
• Conduct client visits to generate service and project opportunities
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
• Propose customized engineering solutions including upgrades, retrofitting, and modernization
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop techno-commercial proposals
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or Sales Engineering.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge in power systems and engineering solutions
• Experience in MV installations and related services is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions
• Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
