Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves handling the full accounting cycle, maintaining financial records, and supporting financial processes within a dynamic service-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries
• Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in financial reporting and basic accounting analysis
  
• Handle administrative and finance-related tasks as required
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures

Candidate Profile

• AAT qualification (minimum Stage 2) or part-qualified in CA / ACCA / CIMA
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management)
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
