Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior HR Executive (Payroll) to support payroll processing and time & attendance management. This role ensures accurate payroll execution, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient handling of employee records and queries.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage payroll operations in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll
  Collect, verify, and input payroll data including salaries, overtime, and deductions
• Support statutory payments such as EPF, ETF, PAYE, and other compliance requirements
• Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift records
• Verify attendance data from biometric or manual systems and resolve discrepancies
• Generate attendance, payroll, and overtime reports
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and leave
  Assist in issuing payslips and HR-related documents
• Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audit documentation

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations (freshers with relevant exposure may be considered).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
