Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Manager / Lead – Projects to oversee and coordinate multiple organizational initiatives from planning through execution. This role works closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organizations strategic objectives.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive operational improvements across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring alignment and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop project plans aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology requirements.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and documentation to update stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Review project outcomes and implement corrective actions where necessary to improve performance.
• Drive process improvements and promote best practices within project management activities.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members to maintain a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CIMA will be considered an added advantage.
• Proven experience in roles such as Project Analyst, Key Account Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar positions, preferably supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related project management tools.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be considered an advantage.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive organizational information.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
