Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to support overall business operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role works closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and maintain high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments. Drive business performance and monitor key operational metrics. Lead and develop teams to achieve performance and service standards. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Support customer experience initiatives and handle feedback professionally. Assist in implementing operational strategies and company policies.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant operations, including leadership roles.
