Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA – Lead to oversee quality assurance processes, ensure high-quality software delivery, and lead testing initiatives across projects. This role involves managing QA teams, implementing testing strategies, and collaborating with development teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage QA processes across projects ensuring high-quality deliverables. Define and implement test strategies, plans, and quality standards. Oversee manual and automated testing activities including functional, regression, and performance testing. Collaborate with development and product teams to identify defects and ensure timely resolution. Monitor testing progress, risks, and release readiness. Mentor QA team members and drive best practices in quality engineering. Ensure continuous improvement in testing processes and automation frameworks.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in manual and automated testing environments.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
