Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Product Assistant / Product Operations Specialist (CargoWise) to support global product delivery and operations. This role focuses on bridging product strategy and execution, managing knowledge systems, and supporting scalable implementation processes within a fast-growing software environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage centralized knowledge platforms (Confluence, Notion, SharePoint)
• Maintain and organize documentation including SOPs, configurations, and training materials
  
• Ensure version control and standardization across global implementation teams
• Coordinate with regional teams to collect and analyze implementation data
  
• Support benchmarking efforts and assist in pricing and estimation models
• Track system improvements and convert temporary fixes into scalable product solutions
• Assist in auditing requirements and maintaining project scope alignment
• Monitor software updates and translate technical features into business value insights
  
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product positioning
• Maintain documentation for global product rollouts and implementation packs

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in SaaS, ERP systems, or CargoWise implementations will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, SharePoint)
• Excellent organizational and process management skills
  
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data tracking and reporting
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
• Familiarity with CargoWise, ERP systems, or logistics software is a plus
