We are seeking a highly capable, results-driven Recruitment Specialist to support continuous hiring demands. Due to the nature of operations, recruitment is ongoing and volume-driven, with a strong focus on entry-level batch intakes.

We require a professional with a proven track record of successful recruitment within BPO or similarly fast-paced environments, who can consistently deliver quality hires under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and bulk hiring cycles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate interviews, assessment drives, and hiring campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment, preferably in BPO or fast-paced industries.
• Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring targets within deadlines.
• Experience handling entry-level or batch recruitment processes.
• Strong screening, interviewing, and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
