Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mortgage Specialist to join the Credit Processing & Analysis Unit supporting the Australian region.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Australian mortgage loan processing who can manage end-to-end loan applications while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and communication with brokers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Australian mortgage loan processing.

• Complete full loan application assessments and documentation review.

• Handle valuation ordering, online applications, and loan servicing tasks.

• Work hands-on with I-Office/Outsource systems and Sales Tracker 2.

• Liaise and communicate effectively with brokers and relevant departments.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of mortgage files.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years or more experience in Australian Mortgage Loan Processing.

• Hands-on experience using I-Office/Outsource systems and Sales Tracker 2.

• Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage lending procedures and compliance requirements.

• Proven ability to manage loan applications from submission to settlement.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities.
