Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This role involves supporting management accounting and FP&A functions, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing operational costs, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management accounting and FP&A with accurate and timely data.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Analyze operational costs and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor financial KPIs and assess business strategies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures.
• Perform accounting-related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of management accounting, FP&A, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Part or full qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA is essential.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
