We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Solutions Lead to support industrial business growth initiatives. The role involves acquiring new clients, expanding business opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and building strong client relationships while collaborating with senior management on strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and expand business opportunities

• Analyze competitors to develop strategic advantages

• Achieve sales targets and secure new contracts

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations

• Collaborate with senior management on business strategies

• Negotiate client agreements aligned with company policies

• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports

• Uphold company ethics and transparency in all dealings

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Polymer Engineering or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of practical experience in the Manufacturing Industry
