Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Group Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic and performance-driven leadership across a diversified group of businesses. The role focuses on driving sustained growth, operational excellence, governance, and long-term value creation in alignment with the Groups vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership, setting clear direction to drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability

• Oversee group-wide financial and operational performance, ensuring achievement of budgets, profitability targets, cash flow, and KPIs across subsidiaries

• Drive standardization, process improvement, productivity enhancement, and best practice implementation across group companies

• Lead, mentor, and align the Group Leadership Team, ensuring strong succession planning, leadership capability, and performance accountability

• Act as the primary executive interface with the Board, shareholders, regulators, and key partners, providing accurate reporting and strategic insights

• Provide direction and oversight to subsidiary companies, ensuring alignment with group objectives and shareholder interests

• Lead transformation initiatives, digital adoption, and change management programs to future-proof operations and competitiveness

Qualifications

Experience & Leadership Profile

• Minimum of 15+ years of senior leadership experience with proven exposure at CEO, COO, or Managing Director level

• Demonstrated experience leading diversified or complex organizations

• Strong track record in business growth, financial stewardship, and strategic execution

• Proven ability to lead multi-sector businesses and manage complex stakeholder environments

• Strong governance mindset with experience working closely with Boards and shareholders

• Excellent leadership presence with sound decision-making capability
