Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Assistant Manager / Officer Manager – SAP Sales to lead sales initiatives within the data analytics and enterprise solutions space. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and delivering tailored SAP and data-driven solutions to clients in a competitive technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed company revenue targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies focused on SAP and data analytics solutions
  
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Conduct client presentations and demonstrate solution capabilities
  
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Negotiate proposals and contracts to ensure favorable business outcomes
  
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and maintain accurate forecasts
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
  
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Maintain sales records and activities in CRM systems
  
• Represent the organization at sales and marketing events
  Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and timely issue resolution

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Master's Degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in SAP, data analytics, or enterprise technology solutions will be a strong advantage
