WE ARE HIRING : Operations Officer

• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (On-site)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data and records.
• Process client-related documentation and support internal coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, client guidelines, and service standards.
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations department.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or Higher National Diploma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Excellent communication skills for both client interaction and internal coordination.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Freshers after A/Ls with a positive attitude and basic computer literacy are also encouraged to apply.

Shift Options & Compensation

8-Hour Shift

Shift Times:

• 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off (monthly rotating shifts)

Salary: LKR 75,000

12-Hour Shift

Shift Times:

• 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off (monthly rotating shifts)

Salary: LKR 112,500

• Accommodation: Provided for female employees on 12-hour shifts only.
