Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing to drive sales growth and market expansion initiatives. This role involves overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing functions, developing strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and proactively address inquiries and feedback.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, forecast future sales volumes, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all sales and marketing activities.
• Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial discipline.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (Bachelors degree also acceptable).
• 8 - 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role within Sales & Marketing.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing techniques, and CRM strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel as needed.
