Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior HR & Administration Executive to play a key role in shaping people and culture while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will manage HR processes, recruitment, employee engagement, and administration, directly contributing to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead employee engagement and welfare activities to strengthen workplace culture.
• Manage payroll, leave, attendance, and performance records accurately.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide staff support.
• Maintain HR records and support the implementation of HR policies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR and administration.
• Proven track record in recruitment across various levels and functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.
