Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AVP Operations to lead and optimize all operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across units. This strategic role involves managing large-scale manufacturing operations, driving process improvements, and contributing to organizational growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of orders and ensure achievement of key performance indicators.
• Manage all unit operations including resource planning, production, quality assurance, and cost control to ensure profitability.
• Contribute to organizational strategy and advise management on operations and production.
• Monitor daily unit performance against build-up plans and ensure budgeted targets are met.
• Direct operations across production, cutting, finishing, and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams for style changes and technical requirements; plan TNA for raw material and production timelines.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Compile annual manpower budgets and review operational budgets.
• Manage customer complaints, conduct failure analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain factory evaluations to ensure compliance with technical capability and product safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 12 - 15 years of professional experience in operations management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive strategic objectives.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Forward-thinking mindset with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and results-driven individual.
