Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media posts and audience engagement across platforms
• Assist in planning and executing paid digital advertising campaigns
  
• Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to ensure timely responses
• Support content creation, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams
  
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
  
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Marketing or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising tools

Skills & Competencies

• Strong creativity and content thinking ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Basic analytical skills and interest in performance tracking
• Highly organized with attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing
  
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, or similar is an advantage
