• We have an immediate vacancy for the position of Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales at the Head Office in Colombo.
• We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales professional to join the corporate office team, responsible for driving sales performance across resorts, city hotels, and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality sales and experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple properties.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support business decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of hotel and F&B sales dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
