Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Associate – HR (Executive Grade) to support day-to-day human resources operations and ensure smooth coordination of HR processes.

The role involves assisting with recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, HR documentation, and supporting employees with HR-related queries while contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and on boarding activities, including coordinating interviews and supporting new employee orientation.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.

  • Coordinate employee transport arrangements, including official transport scheduling.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries and provide necessary support.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and workplace culture programs.

  • Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

  • Support HR reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks related to HR operations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR operations.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR activities effectively.

Work Schedule

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (US calendar – work on Poya and Mercantile holidays).

  • Shift Timing: 2.00 PM – 11.00 PM.
