Role Overview

The Destination Manager – UK will take full ownership of the UK destination across the branch/country, driving annual student numbers, revenue performance, and visa success targets. The role focuses on sustainable growth, strong institutional partnerships, compliance leadership, and team capability development to expand the UK market share.

Key Responsibilities

UK Destination Ownership & Revenue Delivery

• Full ownership of the UK destination across the branch/country.
• Deliver agreed annual student numbers, revenue, and visa targets.
• Drive sustainable growth and market share for UK as a destination.

Advanced University & Portfolio Management

• Maintain deep working relationships with UK universities, pathway providers, and partner institutions.
• Strong knowledge of Russell Group, London universities, compliance tiers, and scholarship frameworks.
• Negotiate offers, escalations, and institutional support where required.

Visa, CAS & Compliance Leadership

• Ensure expert oversight of UK visa regulations, CAS processes, credibility interviews, and financial documentation.
• Monitor visa success ratios and implement corrective strategies.
• Ensure full compliance across counselling and documentation practices.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead, train, and mentor UK counsellors and admissions staff.
• Set KPIs, monitor productivity, and drive conversions across the team.
• Conduct destination training sessions, university updates, and performance reviews.
• Strategy, Forecasting & Market Expansion
• Develop intake forecasts, pipeline plans, and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing on UK campaigns, events, and brand positioning.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and expand institutional portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong experience in UK student recruitment and destination management.
• Proven track record in delivering revenue, visa, and student number targets.
• In-depth knowledge of UK universities, compliance frameworks, and scholarship structures.
• Expert understanding of UK visa regulations, CAS processes, and documentation compliance.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
