Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and people-focused Store Manager to lead daily store operations, manage and develop a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership, operational management skills, and the ability to drive both service excellence and sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and monitor team performance.

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet service and sales standards.

• Ensure excellent customer service and professionally handle customer concerns.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Prepare basic operational and performance reports.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience in food & beverage or retail is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English and Sinhala.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• Age below 30 years (preferred).
