Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack (Next.js & NestJS) to lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications. This role involves full-stack development, technical leadership, and driving product evolution while ensuring best engineering practices in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend solutions using NestJS & TypeScript
• Build responsive and high-performance frontends using React / Next.js
  
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Design and manage relational databases ensuring performance and data integrity
  
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver features
• Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
  
• Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and maintainability
  
• Work within cloud environments and support DevOps practices

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack development
• Experience in technical leadership or mentoring teams

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Deep knowledge of NestJS and Next.js frameworks
  
• Experience with React and modern frontend development
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and system architecture
  
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL / Azure SQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI/ML or Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience in SaaS or data-driven platforms
