Role Overview

We are seeking talented and driven Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers to design and build scalable enterprise solutions in a fast-paced IT environment. This role involves working on high-performance systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise-level applications
• Build distributed and high-availability systems
  
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Follow CI/CD practices and DevOps principles
  
• Ensure high-quality code through best engineering practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Participate in deployment and post-production support
  
• Contribute to performance optimization and system improvements

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience for Software Engineers
  Minimum 4+ years of experience for Senior Software Engineers
• Experience in enterprise application development

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience with Node.js / Python / Java (TypeScript is an advantage)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
  
• Experience with React / Redux or similar frontend frameworks
• Strong understanding of databases and SQL optimization
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
