Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Specialist, HR to support high-volume recruitment, cohort-based hiring, niche talent sourcing, campus partnerships, and recruitment operations within a fast-paced IT/BPM environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring needs across annotation, AI training, data operations, and specialist roles. This role requires strong recruitment experience, the ability to manage large hiring volumes within tight timelines, and strong stakeholder coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Recruitment
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements across annotation, AI training, and data operations roles.
- Execute mass hiring campaigns, including assessment drives and virtual hiring events.
- Plan and manage cohort-based hiring models aligned with project ramp-ups.
- Deliver weekly and monthly hiring targets based on business demand.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring requirements.
SME and Niche Hiring Support
- Source and recruit Subject Matter Experts across domains such as legal, medical, finance, linguistic, and other specialized areas.
- Build niche talent pipelines for annotation, AI training, and LLM-related roles.
- Identify suitable sourcing channels for high-quality specialist candidates.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and candidate expectations.
Campus and University Partnerships
- Develop and manage partnerships with universities, institutes, and training centers.
- Build a consistent CV pipeline through campus engagement and institutional relationships.
- Coordinate campus recruitment activities, hiring events, and talent outreach initiatives.
- Support early talent hiring strategies to meet large-scale recruitment needs.
Talent Pipeline and Employer Branding
- Build continuous talent funnels through social media campaigns and other sourcing channels.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract suitable candidates.
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify new sourcing strategies to improve hiring quality and speed.
Recruitment Operations and Reporting
- Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Track key recruitment indicators such as turnaround time, cost per hire, pipeline status, and hiring progress.
- Ensure recruitment records, candidate data, and hiring updates are maintained accurately.
- Support process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong exposure to mass hiring, bulk recruitment, BPO, KPO, or data operations hiring.
- Proven track record of hiring large candidate volumes within tight timelines.
- Experience hiring 500 to 1000+ candidates across recruitment cycles will be highly preferred.
- Experience in campus recruitment and university engagement will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of cohort hiring models and high-volume recruitment pipelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical ability with experience in recruitment reporting and dashboard maintenance.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
