Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Industrial Sales Manager to lead and expand industrial sales activities within the logistics sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding customer operational requirements, and delivering suitable industrial product and service solutions. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with strong B2B experience, technical sales knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth across industrial and logistics-related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across logistics, manufacturing, construction, power generation, mining, and heavy industry sectors.
  • Drive sales growth by expanding the customer base and strengthening market presence.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and logistics clients.
  • Understand client operational needs and recommend suitable industrial solutions.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Negotiate effectively and support successful deal closures.

Technical Sales & Solution Support

  • Analyze customer equipment, machinery, and operational requirements.
  • Recommend appropriate lubrication products, industrial solutions, or service applications.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely product supply, technical support, and customer service.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers where required.
  • Support clients with product usage, application knowledge, and after-sales coordination.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry requirements.
  • Provide insights to support strategic sales planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and market feedback for management.
  • Track sales performance and recommend improvements to strengthen results.
  • Support continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably within lubricants, logistics, engineering products, or related industrial solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment, machinery applications, and lubrication solutions.
  • Experience working with customers in logistics, manufacturing, construction, mining, power generation, or heavy industry sectors will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver practical solutions.
  • Good planning, reporting, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Professional attitude with strong business development and stakeholder management skills.
