Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager / Product Owner to act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for defining the what and the why of the product roadmap, translating high-level business goals into actionable user stories, and ensuring engineering efforts are aligned with customer needs and business priorities. This role requires strong product thinking, Agile experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive MVP-focused product delivery in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Management

• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals, market trends, and long-term strategy.
• Translate business objectives into practical product initiatives and development priorities.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
• Make informed decisions on scope, priorities, and product direction based on data and business value.

Customer & Market Insight

• Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
• Understand market demands, user pain points, and product performance trends.
• Use data and insights to build solutions that address real customer problems.
• Measure product performance using KPIs and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams.
• Balance competing stakeholder priorities through structured and data-driven decision-making.
• Build stakeholder trust through transparency, clear communication, and reliable delivery.
• Ensure business expectations are properly translated into product requirements.

Agile Delivery & Backlog Management

• Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Manage, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and technical constraints.
• Play a lead role in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Review and accept or reject completed work during Sprint Demos.
• Support fast iterations and MVP delivery rather than relying only on traditional project models.

Technical Collaboration & Product Execution

• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Collaborate with technical teams on software development, API integrations, and UX/UI considerations.
• Use Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms to manage product delivery.
• Apply knowledge of latest GenAI tools to support prototyping and product ideation where relevant.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Technical proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile management tools.
• Understanding of software development, API integrations, and UX/UI design principles.
• Experience in managing product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint delivery.
• CSPO or PSPO certification will be a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support product decisions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to say no professionally and manage expectations with clarity.
• Product-thinking mindset with strong focus on value delivery and customer outcomes.
• Ability to work with development teams and ensure they are clear, empowered, and not blocked by unclear requirements.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
