Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, managing lead databases, and contributing to content strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Manage lead databases and ensure accurate, up-to-date lead reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track campaign effectiveness and lead conversion outcomes.
• Support content strategy by contributing creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and social media.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
• Support on-ground events, activations, and campaign coordination as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing (industry experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a bonus).
• A proactive attitude with a passion for marketing, creative thinking, and willingness to learn and grow.
