Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead Investments to provide technical leadership and mentorship within an agile development team. This role involves guiding software development projects, ensuring quality standards, and fostering collaboration to deliver enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft .NET stack for the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Define user stories, tasks, and timelines for assigned projects.
• Guide team development efforts toward successful and timely delivery aligned with sprint goals.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
• Maintain high standards of software quality using tools like Sonar Cloud and code reviews.
• Own solutions under team responsibility, including monitoring, dashboards, KPIs, and proactive issue management.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects to design, develop, test, and maintain applications.
• Assist in requirements collection and documentation with Business Analysts.
• Analyze and resolve technical/application problems and identify process improvements.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in software development.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Development or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in banking/financial services (investments domain preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques, and process improvement.
• Proven ability to lead and manage software development teams and projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and drive projects to meet milestones and overcome challenges.
