Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise-grade software systems for our investments team. This role involves managing product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery, and providing technical leadership within an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software engineering, team management, and investment domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of software projects.
• Act upon urgent issues and manage project progress reporting after each sprint.
• Conduct team appraisals, identify training needs, and motivate team members in collaboration with the Team Lead.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog for the team.
• Facilitate transition from business specifications to development tasks.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create effective user experiences.
• Perform high-level UAT to ensure solutions align with product vision.
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap with strategic goals.
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally.
• Liaise with Customer Support to minimize customer impact and proactively drive innovation.
• Ensure adherence to software development processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Technical and business knowledge of investments (knowledge of payments/banking is an asset).
• Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM development cycles.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing software development teams.
• Background in software development preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities, motivate teams, and deliver solutions that meet user needs.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven ability to influence and drive projects.
