Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT application projects. The role involves driving digital transformation initiatives, managing ERP and SaaS implementations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and system effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end delivery of IT application projects, including in-house ERP and SaaS systems, from initiation through post-implementation stabilization.

  • Lead and support Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to streamline workflows, eliminate manual processes, and improve data quality.

  • Manage system implementations including upgrades, enhancements, testing, training, and ongoing operational support.

  • Work closely with business analysts to finalize system documentation, user guides, and process manuals.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the organizations digital transformation roadmap.

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies such as Power BI, AI/ML, and LLMs to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure project timelines, scope, quality, and budgets are effectively managed and reported.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior supervisory or leadership role.

  • Proven experience in implementing large-scale, enterprise-wide ERP systems and SaaS platforms.

  • Strong exposure to AI-driven initiatives, data analytics, and Microsoft Power BI implementations.

  • Experience with traditional EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12) and EDI mapping will be an added advantage.

  • Professional certifications such as Boomi Professional Developer or Professional API Design will be an advantage.

  • Strong project management, analytical, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
