Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee daily QA operations, manage audit coverage, and ensure consistency across QA analysts. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement expertise to drive quality excellence in order management and contract lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the QA team, ensuring SLA adherence and consistency in reviews.
• Define and implement sampling strategies (critical, standard, renewals).
• Conduct calibration sessions to align QA scoring and maintain fairness.
• Review escalations and validate high-severity cases.
• Monitor and report on QA metrics such as Accuracy %, FPY, and Leakage.
• Prepare and deliver weekly QA performance reports.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and targeted training to QA team members.
• Support transitions, pilot runs, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5-7 years experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of order management, contract lifecycle, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies such as 7 QC Tools, SWOT analysis, error rubrics, sampling strategies, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting using Excel and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Exposure to Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow Belt/Green Belt preferred).
