Role Overview
We are seeking a competent and results-driven Business Development Manager Institutional Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to expand client bases across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients.
- Design and execute sales strategies to expand the institutional client base and achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional customers.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in institutional sales.
- Strong sales skills including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships.
- Recognized professional qualification in Marketing and Sales preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
