Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to plan, organize, and oversee inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels, accuracy, and efficient material flow. This role focuses on demand forecasting, stock optimization, system accuracy, and continuous improvement of inventory control processes to support operational efficiency and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational and customer demands.
• Monitor stock movements and perform regular cycle counts.
• Manage slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory; propose disposal and clearance plans.
• Analyze inventory trends and forecast future needs.
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams for accurate and timely stock receipts and issues.
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and handling of inventory items.
• Oversee stock transfers between warehouses and branches.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems and conduct periodic stock audits.
• Prepare inventory KPIs (stock accuracy, carrying cost, fulfillment rate, DIO).
• Implement barcode, RFID, FIFO, LIFO, FEFO methodologies as applicable.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for effective inventory planning.
• Work closely with suppliers to monitor lead times and delivery schedules.
• Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce holding costs.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives (automation, scanning tools, system enhancements).
• Train warehouse and inventory staff on inventory procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and warehouse operations.
• Analytical skills for demand forecasting and trend analysis.
• Familiarity with inventory methodologies (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) and digital tools.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
