Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager Strategic Planning to coordinate and optimize production activities within the Elastrometric Covering plant. This role involves developing and executing production plans, ensuring capacity utilization, and driving operational efficiency to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all capacity planning activities to ensure maximum utilization across production departments.
• Coordinate with teams to align manufacturing plans with organizational goals and resolve disruptions.
• Attend meetings to provide feedback and solutions for optimizing capacity.
• Forecast short- and long-term SBU-level capacities to ensure smooth order flow and resolve resource gaps.
• Take necessary actions to minimize greige and finished goods stock levels.
• Create, maintain, and review reports on planning tools for effective capacity utilization decisions.
• Drive KPIs of subordinates and guide them to achieve targets.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and 5S practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing with proven expertise in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning software.
• Familiarity with Lean Enterprise manufacturing principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, time management, and customer focus.
