Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Executive to promote educational programs and drive student enrollments. This role involves engaging with prospective students and parents, conducting presentations, and contributing to overall sales and marketing initiatives within a competitive education environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote educational programs and services to prospective students and parents
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and information sessions to generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate program information
  • Maintain and update student databases and lead tracking systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the student experience
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand reach
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline to management

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) will be an added advantage 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in the education or service sector 
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving results 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
  • High level of customer orientation and passion for working with students
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment 
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
  • Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
