Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, target driven, and customer focused Air Conditioning Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive sales growth across HVAC and air conditioning solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, promoting air conditioning and HVAC solutions, preparing quotations and proposals, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and end users. The role will focus on new air conditioning installation work and unit only sales for subcontractor clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek new clients for air conditioning and HVAC solutions.
• Handle unit only sales for subcontractor clients.
  
• Identify and develop new installation work opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and BOQs for clients.
  
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and end users.
  
• Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service and project follow up.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, quotations, and client communication.
• Support business growth through regular follow ups and professional customer engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience in HVAC, air conditioning, engineering solutions, or a related industry.
  
• Knowledge of cassette, VRF, VRV, and ducted AC systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Target oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable AC solutions.
• Valid driving license will be preferred.
  
• Experience handling subcontractors, consultants, and project customers will be an added advantage.
