Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead fintech and banking-related projects from initiation to completion. This role focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end banking/fintech projects aligned with business goals
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders
  
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Oversee project execution ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and business units
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and policies
  
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and financial partners
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile will be an added advantage
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking or fintech environments

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Good understanding of banking systems and fintech solutions
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  
• High attention to detail and quality standards
